Strategic Planning
Possible’s strategy group focuses on rigorously deriving the answers to our clients’ most common marketing strategy issues: researching competitive positioning, gaining a complete understanding of the customer, finding the most effective avenues to connect with customers, and determining which approach will have the greatest impact.
But with the advent of today’s rapidly changing marketing landscape, our clients are asking us new and exciting questions, both big and small. What should their enterprise content strategy be? How must their internal organization change if they are to take full advantage of phenomena like social media? Is it possible for them to turn their marketing activities into profit centers instead of cost centers?
Many contemporary issues our clients face are outside the boundaries of traditional agency strategic planning. Possible Worldwide’s strategy department, therefore, draws upon talent with management consulting backgrounds as well as marketing backgrounds, and works in a cross-disciplinary fashion with our other capabilities to find the answers our clients need in order to move into uncharted territory with confidence.
Analytics & Optimization
In many lists of services, Analytics would appear last; many people feel it’s an activity you engage in after your solution is fully baked. At Possible Worldwide, we set our quantitative goals up front, determining where we’ll gather data, assigning actual dollar values to all of the behavior we’re trying to incentivize, and setting our criteria for success. While we want to win awards as much as the next guys, we know the numbers are the true judge of our performance.
Content Development
Digital media creates tremendous opportunity for brands to create content. But creating great content that can be viewed across platforms usually doesn’t mean making thirty-second spots. Today it often means interactivity, whether that’s a great interface around video, or video that the user can actually control. Great content means making it timely, frequent, and fresh, not baking it inside the agency for several months. It means making content in response to the customer, and enabling them to make content in response to us. At Possible, we’ve got experience with pretty much every content type you can imagine, and we know that as media continue to fragment and change, there are more great ones yet to emerge.
Interactive Advertising
Interactive advertising isn’t new. A lot of it isn’t even digital. What makes it interactive is that it gives you something to do in response to it — it’s an invitation to go on a journey, to do something specific that will benefit you.
Cute advertising is forgotten; great advertising drives people to act. That’s true in print, on TV, and it’s especially true online.
Of course, today, more and more advertising is digital, and we’re expert craftspeople when it comes to creating the online and mobile ad formats that get clicked on, emails that get opened, and content that goes viral. We create thousands of online ad units every month, and we’ve even won a Cannes Gold Lion for a banner, which is no small feat.
And if advertising invites people on a journey, there’s no denying that many of today’s journeys begin with search: a simple search can be the start of a satisfying and valuable brand experience. Possible has global SEO and SEM capabilities to make sure that our clients are front-and-center when users begin their search.
User Experience Development
Creating great experiences is at the core of what we do, and we believe no agency in the world can match our capabilities in interface development, information architecture, and experience design. With one of the largest User Experience (UX) departments in the world, Possible is called on not just to create experiences for major brands, but to help create products for many of the world’s most sophisticated media and technology companies.
Technology Services
Great software drives great businesses, and at Possible Worldwide, technology enables everything we do. Our seasoned and scaled enterprise development capability helps our clients be more nimble in their marketing, by harnessing their content management and workflow. And it helps the experiences we create for customers be faster and more powerful, giving new access and new capabilities to their experiences.
Most importantly, though, technology helps us be more creative. Technology turns what was impossible into what is possible, and, as was famously said, can be indistinguishable from magic. Many of our most exciting creative approaches simply wouldn’t be feasible if we didn’t know that we had the technology chops to pull them off.
But no discussion of technology would be complete without talking about programming languages and platforms that we use:
